These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shining Tails websites and landing pages (the "Site"), operated by Shining Tails ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about our dog walking, play time, day care, day and night care and holiday care services in the Bondi Beach region, Byron Bay and the Gold Coast, Australia, and allows you to submit an enquiry about those services.

2. Enquiries and bookings

• Submitting the enquiry form is not a confirmed booking. It is a request for contact.
• All services are subject to availability and to confirmation by our team, usually by SMS or phone.
• Pricing is provided during the enquiry process and may vary depending on the service, location, number of dogs and schedule.
• Specific service arrangements (including scheduling, access to your property, cancellations and payment) are agreed directly between you and Shining Tails at the time of booking.

3. Accurate information

When submitting an enquiry, you agree to provide information that is true, accurate and about yourself. You must not submit personal information about another person without their consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting spam or fraudulent enquiries, introducing malicious code, or copying content for commercial purposes without our permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Shining Tails name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not reproduce its content for commercial use without our written consent.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and social media platforms (such as Instagram). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
